America’s Cup confidential arbitration: has the Panel ruled in Team New Zealand’s favour?

Sail-World.com has recently published a piece by Richard Gladwell, in which he describes “strong indications” that the Arbitration Panel for the America’s Cup has ruled in favour of Emirates Team New Zealand over the withdrawal of the Qualifiers from Auckland and the re-allocation of that event to Bermuda.

As yet, however, the Arbitration Panel’s confidential award has not been published, so any analysis is somewhat speculative.

A subsequent article by the same journalist seeks to offer further support for the first article, while recognizing that the arbitration award has still not been published, nor its contents officially confirmed.
