Cayman Islands and BVI finally added to Italy’s tax “whitelist” (a year later than Bermuda)

The Cayman Islands and the BVI have finally been added to Italy’s tax “whitelist”.

Bermuda had been added to the  Italian”whitelist” in 2015.

The new “whitelist” has been enacted by way of a Ministerial Decree dated 9 August 2016, published in the Official Gazette on 22 August 2016, and it enters into force on 6 September 2016.
